Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Curlo ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
Curlo is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) . The Apple Standard EULA governs your use of the app, including the rights granted to you and the restrictions on use. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail.
Subscriptions & Purchases
Curlo offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly, and lifetime). All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Refunds are handled entirely by Apple in accordance with their refund policies
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Curlo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app to process audio files that you do not have the right to access
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app
Your Content
Curlo processes audio files, metadata, tags, and classifications that you provide or create ("Your Content"). You retain full ownership of Your Content. Curlo does not claim any rights over your files or data.
All Your Content is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, and cannot recover, any of Your Content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Curlo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Metadata Operations
Curlo provides the ability to edit and write metadata back to your audio files. We are not responsible for any data loss, file corruption, or unintended modifications that may result from metadata writing operations. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of your files before performing batch metadata operations.
Search Accuracy
Semantic search and similar audio search results are generated by machine learning models and may not always be accurate or complete. Results should not be relied upon as the sole method of locating critical files.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qianlan Du shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of Curlo.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
